and finished with a generous layer of fudge icing. Also available in

Lemon Drizzle Slice

thin layer of pastry is coated with Sicilian lemon curd then topped
with our amazing lemon sponge. Finished with more curd and sugar nibs.

jam covers the pastry base before the coconut topping is added. This
is a bite of paradise for any coconut lover.
Coconut and Cherry Slice
This
is pretty much the same as the coconut and raspberry, but with the addition
of glace cherries.
Rocky Road
If
you like chocolate, you will love rocky road! Watch out for the digestives
and marshmallows!
Farmhouse Slice

pastry base topped with the same mix used in our extremely popular farmhouse
cake, finished with a sprinkling of sugar nibs.

For our retail customers further afield we accept cake orders by telephone for delivery to your door.
We have carefully chosen a selection of our cake slices that we feel would travel well, and at the same time, still offer a good variety to suit all tastes. (See range in left hand column).
What you get..
- Each box contains 16 cakes.
- You select any varieties in multiples of 4. The only restriction is that due to the weight of the Rocky Road, we have to limit them to 4 per box.
- Each cake is 40 x 100mm (1.5 x 4 inches), which still allows a generous helping if cut in half, ideal for those birthday parties or afternoon teas!
- From the time the cakes arrive at your door, the minimum shelf life on them is 14 days, but we're sure they won't be hanging around that long!

Remember to include your order details and telephone number so that we can call you back for your payment. - Cakes are sent standard delivery, and if ordered before midday, should be with you within 2 days.
