The Oven Door has been trading for 30 years from the bakery in Fair Oak, Hampshire, serving the local community with premium quality bread, confectionary and celebration cakes, many people travel from across Hampshire to sample the delights we have to offer. The continuous reputation for excellence has been achieved through many years of commitment from the team of dedicated staff, sourcing of the finest local ingredients, and loyal customers who recognise and appreciate quality and freshness.

The bakery is run by Jason, and with over 20 years experience under his belt, he knows that product quality, freshness and innovation is paramount in the running of a craft bakery. Having visited many bakeries worldwide and having seen the changing breads available in this country, Jason feels confident that the bakery can offer a continental selection in addition to the traditional range of product.

Running the retail side of the business and with over 20 years service with Marks and Spencer, Ros is responsible for the smooth running of the retail shops and ensuring the customer's visit is an enjoyable experience and not just a shopping trip!
